Compensation

This is a 100% commission position.

  • no base pay
  • no earning cap

Typical income progression:

  • $6,000–$8,000+ per month within 60 days for consistent performers
  • $10,000–$13,000+ per month for top performers
  • Strong first-year performers can earn $150,000+

Training

New hires begin with a structured two-week training program focused on the fundamentals:
