We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about business processes, data analysis, and project management. The successful candidate will work closely with our Chief Strategic Initiatives Officer to support the planning, execution, and delivery of various strategic initiatives.
Your Responsibilities:
- Supporting project management activities related to the implementation of new initiatives. This includes end-to-end ownership of the assigned projects’ lifecycle.
- Leading change management efforts by preparing communication plans and training materials for end-users.
- Coordinating the development of project plans, tracking progress, preparing reports, and facilitating communication among stakeholders.
- Managing project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery within scope.
- Producing detailed documentation for business processes and system enhancements.
- Gathering and documenting business requirements through interviews, workshops, and research.
- Analyzing data and modeling business processes to identify efficiencies and improvements.
- Monitoring project performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate success and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Identifying areas for process improvement and assisting in implementing solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Ensuring compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Acting as a liaison between business units and technical teams to resolve conflicts and facilitate decision-making.
- Continuously gathering feedback from stakeholders to refine processes and improve project outcomes.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Project Management role, preferably within the financial services or fintech sectors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Familiarity with business process modeling and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
