Requirement Gathering and Documentation. Collecting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
Process Mapping & Flow Chart Creation such as analyzing and mapping business processes for optimization.
Engaging with stakeholders to ensure proper alignment of project goals and requirements.
Conducting detailed analysis of business data and competitor activities.
Preparing reports, handling administrative duties, and assisting with urgent project needs.
Assisting senior BAs with tasks related to project execution and ensuring timely delivery.
Provided support for the regional project focused on the establishment of the U.S. Stock Tax Center in Malaysia as part of the shared services initiative.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Analyst, or a related field.
Candidates with experience in Capital Market or Investment Banking or Stockbroking products will be added advantage.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Capable of analyzing complex data sets and translating them into actionable business insights.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business analysis tools.
Skilled in identifying process inefficiencies and recommending practical solutions for improvement.
