About the role

We are looking for a hands-on Brand Manager to drive end-to-end campaign execution across digital and offline channels in Thailand.
This role plays a key part in building strong market awareness and local brand presence, with a primary focus on online channels (social media, content, and digital campaigns), while supporting impactful offline media (OOH/DOOH) executions.
You will act as the execution engine of the Thailand marketing team, ensuring campaigns are launched effectively, consistently, and with strong local relevance, while working closely with regional HQ teams.

Responsibilities

1. Campaign Execution (Core)

  • Partner with the Brand Lead to execute integrated marketing campaigns across channels, with a primary focus on digital and social media, alongside KOL/influencer collaborations and OOH/DOOH/print
  • Manage timelines, assets, and cross-channel rollout to ensure smooth execution
  • Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards

2. Social Media & Content (Primary Focus)

  • Own and manage local social media channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LINE) to build a strong, consistent, and locally relevant brand presence
  • Plan and execute content calendars, campaign amplification, and always-on content strategies
  • Localise global content to suit the Thailand market
  • Collaborate with designers and agencies to produce engaging, platform-native content

3. Offline Media Execution (OOH / DOOH)

  • Collaborate with media agencies on media planning (locations, formats, durations), as well as booking and coordination
  • Support the execution of offline media strategies set by the Brand Lead
    Monitor media placements to ensure accuracy, strong visibility, and adherence to quality standards

4. Local Insights & Localisation

  • Work closely with HQ team to ensure alignment on messaging and creative direction
  • Provide local insights and feedback to optimize online advertising performance
  • Share local cultural context to ensure content is relevant, resonates with the target audience, and remains consistent with the brand tone

5. Offline Event Support

  • Collaborate with internal and external event teams to support offline activations
  • Ensure brand tone and messaging are consistently applied across all event touchpoints, and that campaign narratives are effectively translated into physical experiences
  • Support the development of event collaterals (e.g., booth visuals, key messaging, content) and ensure alignment of the on-ground brand experience

  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing, branding, or campaign-related roles
  • Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken, to support effective local execution and regional coordination
  • Mandarin proficiency is an advantage, particularly for working with regional stakeholders and materials
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing and social media management
  • Hands-on experience executing integrated campaigns across both online and offline channels
  • Good understanding of OOH/DOOH and offline media execution
  • Strong project management and organisational capabilities
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders, including HQ, agencies, and vendors
  • Solid understanding of the Thailand market and local consumer behaviour
  • Prior experience in fintech, finance, or other high-trust industries is preferred
  • Established network with local media vendors or KOLs is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of performance marketing metrics (e.g. CTR, CPC, conversion) Experience working with regional or global teams is advantageous
