Backend Development Engineer

1. Participate in the development and maintenance of backend systems, responsible for the design and implementation of core business modules.
2. Optimize system architecture based on requirements to ensure high efficiency, stability, and security.
3. Collaborate with frontend and product teams to deliver project requirements and assigned tasks.
4. Stay updated on blockchain industry trends and explore/implement blockchain-related technologies aligned with business needs.

1. Proficiency in PHP, Node.js, and Java, with 2-3+ years of hands-on development experience in these languages. Ability to adapt to different tech stacks flexibly.
2. Familiarity with Internet financial product workflows and the ability to independently develop and optimize modules.
3. Strong expertise in MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis, including database design and optimization.
4. Adherence to clean code standards and documentation practices.
5. Strong learning agility to quickly master and adapt to new technologies.
6. Excellent team collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
7. Keen interest in blockchain and willingness to research/apply blockchain technology in business scenarios.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in financial system development.
• Blockchain knowledge (e.g., smart contracts, consensus mechanisms).
• Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2 or above).
