This role is based in Warsaw, Poland or Tallinn, Estonia – one of our HUB locations – with responsibility for initiatives across all IPF Digital operations and markets.

Due to project-based character of this role with offer fixed-term contract for 12 months.


Here’s how you’ll put your skills into action:

  • Solution Architecture: Lead the end-to-end technical approach for migrating our Atlassian Data Center products into Atlassian Cloud Enterprise, ensuring a secure, stable, and predictable transition that positions us for long-term scalability.
  • Change Implementation: Collaborate closely with Atlassian and our Solution Partner to coordinate migration activities, validate configurations, and ensure business continuity, while standardising our setup for smooth future ownership.
  • Governance Framework Design: Define and implement governance and best-practice standards for workflows, permissions, and automation, creating a sustainable model that supports security, compliance, and effortless day-to-day administration.
  • Knowledge Management: Build comprehensive documentation, playbooks, and guidance materials that empower service desk specialists and process owners to manage routine tasks confidently and consistently.
  • Training & Enablement: Deliver hands-on training and practical coaching to embed best practices across the organisation, building internal capability and reducing reliance on external expertise.
  • Integration &Automation: Design integrations and cloud-native automation rules that streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance collaboration across teams, bringing new value through modern platform capabilities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to service owners, aligning tool configurations with business needs and compliance expectations, and guiding teams to adopt modern, cloud-first practices.
  • Communication and language skills: Communicate confidently and clearly in English, adapting your language and style to suit diverse audiences. You’ll facilitate collaboration across international teams, ensuring shared understanding and smooth delivery across markets.

We also know that experience counts – and we believe that the following can support your success:

  • Experience with Atlassian Cloud Enterprise migrations or large-scale Data Center to Cloud transitions.
  • Practical understanding of governance, compliance, and secure configuration principles within SaaS platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, balancing technical detail with business needs.
