At IPF Digital, our Change Management team combines expertise in change, release, problem, and incident management, project delivery, and agile practices. Together, we ensure that IT transformations and service improvements are delivered smoothly, creating lasting value.
We see ourselves as the glue between business and IT: connecting people, sharing knowledge, and rolling up our sleeves to help wherever needed. Our mission is to provide the processes and frameworks that empower teams and make it easier for everyone in IT (and beyond) to succeed.
This role is based in Warsaw, Poland or Tallinn, Estonia
– one of our HUB locations – with responsibility for initiatives across all IPF Digital operations and markets.
Due to project-based character of this role with offer fixed-term contract for 12 months.
