If you like ambitious projects with rich, business-oriented domains and international backgrounds. Any initial challenges will be offset by a supportive, hard-working team that manages to keep a relaxed atmosphere on all the inside meetings while maintaining a professional front while communicating with the wider community of IPF Digital employees.
We follow the scrum framework to plan track and deliver our tasks as well as to evaluate our work at the end of the sprint and come up with ideas to better the quality of our work.
Currently, the team consists of 2 developers and 1 tester cooperating with a Scrum master, a product owner and business analysts.
This role is based in Warsaw, with responsibility for initiatives across all IPF Digital operations and markets.

- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate complex technical concepts in plain language to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment between business goals and engineering execution.
