Account Manager, Private Wealth – Key Account Business Department
Responsibilities
- Focus on picking up and maintaining relationship with a book of Private Wealth clients, Maintain regular engagement with clients through meetings, portfolio reviews, and market discussions, ensuring a high level of service, client satisfaction, and long-term retention.
- Drive growth of client AUM and revenue through proactive client engagement, identifying opportunities for additional asset inflows, portfolio reallocation, and increased platform utilization.
- Generate qualified referrals from existing client relationships and networks, contributing to sustainable organic growth within the Private Wealth segment.
- Expand wallet share from existing clients by introducing relevant multi-asset products and solutions including equities, derivatives, structured products, and wealth management solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, product, and marketing to deliver client events, insights, and tailored engagement initiatives for Private Wealth clients.
- Develop in-depth understanding on moomoo’s platforms, products and solutions, able to differentiate and match accordingly to Private Wealth clients’ trading and investment needs.
- Initiate and drive internal improvements on platforms, products and solutions to better match the general needs of private wealth clients.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of working experience as a farmer role facing HNWIs, focusing on trading/investment products, platforms, or solutions. CFA/FRM or related financial certificates is a plus.
- Be able to pick up client relationships independently, and have experience dealing with private wealth clients on trading and investments.
- Self-driven in business development and able to spot opportunities for business growth.
- Solid knowledge base in multi-assets, including equities, futures/options and wealth management products. Able to pick up quickly on demonstrating trading/investment platforms and solutions.
- Fast learner, effective communicator, and team player.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
