We’re now looking for a customer-focused Account Manager to drive client growth, ensure renewals, and maximize long-term partnerships.

📋 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the trusted advisor for assigned accounts, building and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Renewal Ownership: Proactively manage contract renewals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Upsell & Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities to expand product adoption (e.g., ongoing monitoring, adverse media, case management).
  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop tailored growth plans aligned with clients’ business objectives and industry needs.
  • Customer Advocacy: Represent client feedback internally, influencing product roadmap and support priorities.
  • Pipeline & Forecasting: Track renewals, upsell opportunities, and revenue forecasts in CRM (HubSpot).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success Managers to deliver value and seamless onboarding.

🎓 What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years in B2B SaaS account management, ideally within enterprise/financial services.
  • Proven Success: Track record in renewals and expansions with measurable impact.
  • Relationship Builder: Skilled in trust-based stakeholder engagement, including senior executives.
  • Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to connect client ROI with product adoption.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with HubSpot or similar platforms.
