📋 What You’ll Be Doing

  • End-to-End Sales Ownership: Manage the full sales cycle, from qualified lead handover to deal closing.
  • Product Demonstrations & POCs: Deliver compelling demos and manage proof-of-concept processes with prospects.
  • Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare proposals, handle pricing discussions, and lead contract negotiations.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate deal stages and forecasts in CRM (HubSpot).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with SDRs for lead qualification, Sales Engineers for technical demos, and Customer Success for smooth handovers.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to SDRs and junior sales colleagues, helping them improve performance and align with sales goals.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on compliance, AML, and RegTech trends to tailor pitches and identify opportunities.

🎓 What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in B2B SaaS sales, with experience in enterprise/financial services clients and ideally in mentoring or guiding junior sales team members.
  • Proven Track Record: Strong history of meeting or exceeding quotas in complex, consultative sales cycles.
  • Sales Skills: Excellent negotiation and closing ability, with a consultative approach to enterprise deals.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with SaaS products, APIs, and CRM (HubSpot preferred).
  • Customer Focus: Ability to build trust-based relationships and understand client pain points.
